About our hostel... We are a small friendly eco-hostel in the village of Moretonhampstead within Dartmoor National Park, Devon. Accommodation is in a lovely converted stone barn, typical of this area, with a sunny courtyard, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and solar heated showers. Individuals, families and small groups are welcome. Dartmoor National Park has stunning scenery,wild ponies and extensive archeological heritage dating back to the bronze age. It covers 1000 sq km and is excellent for hiking, climbing, cycling, kayaking, wildlife and wild swims in beautiful places. Also great for a lazy picnic if you need to rest, breathe fresh air and chill out. Moretonhampstead offers a few shops, pubs (with great food & beer), cafes, and an outdoor solar-heated swimming pool in summer. Facilities...
