About our hostel... Welcome to Roberts Hostel, an independent hostel away from busy and crowded cities. There's a really relaxing atmosphere at this place far away from beaten tourist tracks. You'll find yourself in a very old former farm that became a cosy and small country backpackers. We are in one of the best resort areas of northern Germany between Bremen and Hannover. We have lots of area info and a free map. Besides a huge natural garden for outdoor activities or camping there's a lovely hiking area embedded in a medieval ring-wall mound, as well as several bicycle tracks. There's a riding school, and historic trains and cars in action. And sometimes at weekends there are parties or other events at the hostel or at clubs in nearby villages. Our basic philosophy is: leave the beaten tracks, forget what your travel guide tells you, and just choose your own ways! Facilities...
